my recent stay in grindelwald was even better than before. the beautiful chalet kher exceeded my expectations with its cozy wood interiors and proximity to the train station. the owner, sophia, was a great host and provided exceptional service.

check-in process could be improved.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring. We were just steps away from the bus station, allowing us to easily access the ski area and other attractions. Adjacent to a car park, it made it convenient for those who prefer to drive. The room was comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was excellent, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. we had a wonderful experience.

We found it a bit challenging to find the key as the instructions provided were not clear enough.

Rustic wooden house, 50m from train station and next to parking. Well-equipped kitchenette with hot plates and oven. Comfy bed and balcony with great views. Nice host nearby.

I always stay at this place in Grindelwald. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, TV, parking, kitchen stuff, and more. The staff was super nice to my old parents on our first visit. Coming back for Christmas! So excited!

Beautiful wooden house with a rustic feel, but comfortable on the inside. Excellent location, only 50 meters from the train station and adjacent to a car park and a Coop store. Well-equipped with modern amenities and good-quality utensils. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in another room, suitable for accommodating 2 people. Kitchen is well-equipped with hot plates and an oven. Hot water available in both the kitchen and bathroom. Balcony with a great view of the Eiger Car park and snow-clad mountains. The host, Sophia, is nearby and easily reachable.

Felt truly looked after, nothing to complain about.

We stayed at First Apartment for a few days with our family and had a fantastic time. The apartment had a cozy and comfortable feel, with a beautiful wooden exterior. Its location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and a nearby supermarket.
